What is LBX Digital?

LBX Digital is a smart-growth agency for small and medium-sized businesses and tradespeople, with three divisions. LBX Design builds and looks after websites and designs logos, brands, van livery and print. LBX Growth runs social media, ads, Google profiles and reviews, local SEO, AI search, lead tracking and instant replies to new enquiries. LBX Shield protects email, domains, logins and websites.

How much does a website cost?

The Website plan is £179 a month with a 12-month minimum term. Website and social media together (Complete) is £599 a month plus a one-off setup fee of £239. Or buy the website outright for £1,190. You get a fixed price in writing before you commit.

How quickly can my website go live?

Usually within 48 hours of you saying yes, once we have access to your domain or have registered a new one for you.

Who owns the website and the domain?

The domain is registered in your business name. After the 12-month term you can leave and take your content with you; if you also want the website files, the handover price is set in your written quote. A website bought outright is yours from day one.

Do I have to sign up for 12 months?

Only for the monthly website plan, because we build it with no setup fee. After the first 12 months it runs month to month, with 30 days' notice. Or buy the website outright with no term at all.

Can I buy the website outright instead of a subscription?

Yes. You can buy the website for a one-off price (£1,190) and own it outright, with all the files handed over. Hosting and care are then optional (£39 a month), or you can host it anywhere you like. Social media and ads from LBX Growth can be added at any time.

Do you do social media and ads?

Yes, through our LBX Growth division: social media, ads, your Google profile, local SEO and lead tracking. It works with a website from us or the one you already have.

Do you do SEO?

Every website includes the local SEO basics: service and area pages, page titles, structured data, speed and your Google Business Profile. Ongoing SEO campaigns and AI search work are run by LBX Growth. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, so we don't.

What is GEO, or AI search optimisation?

GEO (generative engine optimisation) means making your website easy for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews to read, so they can describe and recommend your business correctly. We write clear answers to common customer questions and add machine-readable details about your services and service area.

Do I need to write the content?

No. We draft the text from your current website, your Google profile and a short chat. You check it and approve it.

What counts as a small change?

Things like new prices, photos, opening hours, a new service or a staff change. Bigger work, such as a new section or extra pages, we quote for first.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes. We also work with businesses across the United States, remotely.
