Who we are
These terms apply to services provided by LBX GROUP sp. z o.o., trading as LBX Digital ("we", "us"), to business clients ("you"). We provide services to businesses only, not to consumers.
Quotes and orders
Every engagement starts with a written quote or order describing the services, price and term. If anything in a quote differs from these terms, the quote applies.
Concept mock-ups and checks
Concept mock-ups we may send when we first contact a business, and free security checks, come without obligation and create no contract. Preview links stay private and are taken offline after 30 days.
Website plans
Monthly website plans have a 12-month minimum term with no setup fee. After that they continue month to month and can be ended with 30 days' written notice.
Monthly services
Social media management, LBX Growth and LBX Shield run month to month and can be cancelled at the end of any month, unless your quote says otherwise.
Setup fees
Where a plan has a setup fee, it is shown in your quote and paid once at the start. It covers setup work and is not refundable once that work has started.
One-off websites
One-off websites are paid on completion. After full payment the website files are yours.
Websites on a monthly plan
Your domain, logo, photos and text always remain yours. The website design and code are provided to you for as long as you subscribe. After the minimum term you may take the website with you for a one-off handover fee stated in your quote, or we help you move your content. If you end a website plan before the minimum term, the remaining monthly fees of that term become due, unless your quote says otherwise.
Payment
Payments are made through Stripe or bank transfer, in advance for monthly services. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where applicable. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause the services after giving notice.
Your domain and accounts
Domains and accounts are registered in your business name. You give us the access we need and can remove it at any time. You are responsible for the content, photos and information you provide.
Advertising and LBX Growth
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform, within limits you agree in writing. Ad and analytics accounts are set up in your business name. Results of advertising, numbers of enquiries and search rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Security services
LBX Shield reduces the risk of security incidents but cannot guarantee that no incident will happen. We only test, scan or change systems you have authorised in writing. Incident support is provided during our working hours unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.
Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and process personal data as described in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement with you.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; changes apply to new orders and to existing ones after 30 days' notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
